Many women today struggle to love themselves intently and wholeheartedly because of the things that they find unattractive about themselves. We tend to be our worst critiques, and often times fail to understand that no matter what the circumstance of our shape woes, it could always be worse.

That is one thing that sets One Posh Closet apart from any other resale boutique out there; we are a place where real women can come to get real fashion at reasonable prices. Many think just because our inventory is made up of women affiliated with professional sports, that we only carry a size 2 or we don't have insecurities or confidence issues and live in a perfect world... I can speak for all women in my position and say... WRONG!!! (If anyone tells you something different they are not your friend because they are lying to you.)

My theme music should be "Booty" by J. Lo, if you haven't heard it, it's a must. There are women who go pay for gluteus Maximus, I was just blessed to have what they are paying for free (thanks, Mom).

Perception is definitely in the eye of the beholder and beauty is definitely goes beyond the outer appearance..it comes from within. We as women have to love ourselves as we are because even if we had our hearts desired shape and size we would find something else that we think needs to be fixed.

As a curvy woman, I tend not to try and hide my curves with oversized clothes because they make me look bigger than I truly am. I love a high waisted ANYTHING because it also elongates my legs and rounds out and lifts my backside; which is a definite perk. One of my must have's in my personal closet is a nice firm, yet properly fitting spank or spank-like undergarment. Most of my favorites come underneath my bra line and down my thigh. I feel like they hold everything together and gives that smooth shapely look under anything form fitting.

We have enough on our plates as it is, let's not make our body insecurities one of them. I want to encourage each and every one of our followers to own it and shake what ya momma gave ya.
